Personal password

The first time you log in, you must change the initial password that we mailed to you. The password requirements are:

  • at least 8 characters
  • differentiation is made between uppercase and lowercase spelling
  • must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
  • may not match one of your most recent 5 passwords
  • may not be a trivial password such as aaaa, abcd123, etc.
  • may not match your user ID or your mobile banking password

Do not share your personal password. Please note that our employees will never ask you for your password!

Login with secure app (standard)

We switched to a new security procedure at the beginning of 2021. The new solution is based on a free app that you can install on your mobile device. You receive a push message when logging in and signing payments, which you can confirm in the app. Loggin in with the security code via SMS and with the security code card are being completely replaced.

Using the link «Device Management» in the footer of e-Banking, additional mobile devices can be registered and all existing ones can be managed by yourself.

Login with security code via SMS (old)

After entering your user identification and your personal password, you will receive the security code by SMS to your mobile phone. The code has six digits and can consist of letters and numbers.

Login with security code using a security code card (old)

While logging in, a specific position on the code card will be requested. Enter the corresponding code. The security codes are not used sequentially, but are requested randomly when logging in. A code can be requested multiple times. Therefore, do not cross out the codes on the card.

You will automatically receive a new code list before the card expires.

Login with keyfile

You will receive a key file and the corresponding password from the bank for installation in your software. The login then occurs directly via software. The first time you log in may require an online login in order to change the temporary password. If you need support, our e-banking customer service is standing by to assist you.

Logout

Close e-banking using the “Logout” button and then delete the temporary Internet files in the browser. Instructions for deleting browser history in various browsers can be found under “eBanking but secure!” on the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts website.
